4-color Magazine Ad - Ruby Collection - Luxury Boutique Jeweler

Here’s an example of how our creative process and team collaboration worked on this assignment to produce a 4-color magazine ad. Having worked with the client on many previous projects, we used some source material we had in our image banks. Step 1 shows the raw images of the specific jewelry to be showcased. Step 2 shows a selected interior photo from previous in-store shoots. Step 3 shows a ‘signature background’ art piece which presents organic jewelry elements. Step 4 shows a stock image which would create ‘the humanity and voice to drive the copy.’ Steps 5-7 show the process of blending the images and colors to work in harmony and tell a “dream sequence” story which backs up the copy. Step 8 shows the final design for the press-ready art.
The piece was also printed as a poster display for in-store point-of-sale use:

Trade Show Display - Campus Capabilities - Fiber Optic Cabling Company

The concept was to tie together, illustrate and market the broad scope capabilities that the client could service on behalf of their key target clients. A customized rendering was created as a “point-to” trade show display. The format allowed for a ‘call out’ text area to identify and describe the various lines of business within the company. This project was scaled down and utilized in smaller corporate sales presentation materials and on the company website, as an anchor to the navigation scheme.
